The official start of soccer

::quick re-run of my family vacation in Colorado::

[FRIDAY]  Packed, went to the fair for the talent show (saw my old Lakeland friends :D), drove around w/ Jesse, Darin, Stidy, & Zach in Jesse's old jeep wrangler & stidy's new celica (both major KiCk A*!!) , went home, and headed out west.  We drove straight through and I slept most of the way besides listening to my CD Player and reading my summer books :P

[SATURDAY]  We drove through stinkin' Nebraska and it was 106 degrees outside.  Sucked!  I HaTe that state...it's so ~blah~.  Best way to put it.  So we didn't get to my aunt and uncle's until about 6 that night.  Their new house is amazing though.  Absolutely beautiful and I cant even begin to describe it.  lol  I got my own room & we crashed :) (after having pizza, watching a movie, and setting up their new furniture)

[SUNDAY]  I got up and went for a run and it's so hard to breathe up at that elevation.  I felt so out of shape.  haha  Some of their friends from church came over for brunch and it was really good.  Sue makes awesome pancakes :D  We went swimming at the lake for a while & I forget what else we did actually.  Oh yeah!  Went to the Sweatsville Zoo (this guy makes animals out of scraps of metal, it's cool) and we went through Pouder Canyon and had a pinic up in the mountains.  We waded in the mountain stream too (FREEZING!)

[MONDAY] We went to Cheyenne for the PBR Rodeo, which was awesome.  But we had to drop off  the trailer to the dealer first and it came unhitched on the frickin' highway!!!  So it damaged the Suburban...we called Craig and he brought his big truck and we hauled it the rest of the way with that.  It was really scary and we could have died.  But it was kinda funny cuz Hu was all "I'm too young to die!"  lmao   The rodea was a lot of fun but it started to storm in the middle of it and one lightening bolt struck so close to the stadium it went through their sound system.  It was pretty cool at the same time :P  It got ReaLLy cold though :\   Oh and I bought 2 shirts.  One is "Ride a Horse, Save a Cowboy" ((typical I know)) and the other one says "Horse n' Around  The Stud Farm (w/ a pic of a stallion) Where Size Matters"  Dad was all "you aren't gonna be able to wear that to school are you?"  and I said "probably not so it's my weekend shirt"  lol :)

[TUESDAY]  Went to Estes Park and through the Rocky Mountain National Park.  Austin and I gave mom a hard time cuz she couldnt stand looking out the window while she was driving at the over 1,000 foot drop offs :D  It was AWESOME.  Called Tiff, who lives out there, and she was in Indiana!  Ironic I know

[WEDNESDAY] Went on a plane ride w/ my uncle & brothers.  Then we ended up shopping around the area.  I got a Harley shirt :D

[THURSDAY]  Got packed, went on a hike, swam, & headed for the Rockies game.  Mom and I ate at a brewery w/ Sue & Craig and it was excellente.  Rockies game was fun and we headed home right afterwards.  Drove all night

[FRIDAY]  I got to drive :D  and we stopped close to Louisville (sp?), Kentucky with all the hicks.  Went mini golfing (3rd time on that vacation :P)

[SATURDAY] Went to the Louisville Slugger Musuem, it was pretty neat.  Then headed home.  We stopped in Indy to go shopping & I called Rylan but he couldn't come and hang out (bah humbug)  I got to drive the rest of the way home pretty much....I got ahold of Tiff when I got home and went and saw her for a while. :)

[SUNDAY]  Dreaded Monday morning the entire day and hung out with Tiff at her g'ma's :D  We caught up on things and it was awesome seeing her again.  We didnt realize how much we had missed each other.  She leaves Tuesday :(  I got her a bday gift though...her bday is Wednesday

[TODAY] got up at 6:15 and dreaded practice.  wasn't too bad but the guys are at boot camp for the next 2 weeks :P  Told ya Austin that it was gonna suck!  but nope!  dont listen to your older sister :P   Mom's home (bleh)  She still has today off & so she's gonna be annoying.  Practice again tonight @ 5:30.
